Terms of Sale.

The short version: you buy a licence to use a beat, we keep the copyright, and your files arrive straight away. The details are below.

What you're buying

Every purchase is a non-exclusive licence to use one beat in your own songs, within the limits of the licence you choose. We keep the copyright in the beat and can keep licensing it to other artists until someone buys the exclusive rights.

Licences

  • MP3 Lease, $29.99: MP3 · 10,000 streams · 2,000 sales · 1 music video · 2 years.
  • WAV Lease, $49.99: WAV + MP3 · 100,000 streams · 5,000 sales · 1 music video · 2 radio stations · 2 years.
  • Trackout, $99.99: stems + WAV + MP3 · 500,000 streams · 10,000 sales · 3 music videos · unlimited radio · 3 years.
  • Unlimited, $199.99: stems + WAV + MP3 · unlimited streams, sales, videos and radio · lifetime.

The term starts on the day you buy. Close to a cap? Upgrade and pay only the difference. Exclusive rights are agreed separately.

What every licence includes

  • Release on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and other platforms, up to your licence's caps.
  • No Content ID claims from us on your release.
  • Your licence terms on your download page, in your artist name.

What you can't do

  • Sell, share or give away the beat itself, alone or in a beat pack.
  • Register the beat or your song with Content ID or any similar system.
  • Transfer your licence to someone else.

Credit

Put "prod. GlassHouse" in the title or description wherever you release the song.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Buy 2 leases and get 1 free: the cheapest comes off at checkout. Payments are taken by Stripe. We never see your card details.

Delivery

Your files are ready as soon as you pay: you go straight to your download page. Links work for 30 days, up to 10 downloads per file per day. Lost access? DM us with the email you used.

Cancellations and refunds

Beats are digital content. At checkout you ask for your files straight away and agree that this ends your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If a file is faulty or missing, tell us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you. This doesn't affect your other legal rights.

If the beat sells exclusively

Your licence stays valid for its full term. The beat just comes off the store for new buyers.
