We collect as little as we can. Here's exactly what, why, and how to get it deleted.
When you buy a license, Stripe Checkout asks for your email and your artist name (for your license). We keep an order record with:
That's all. Your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see or store them.
To give you your downloads, to show who a beat is licensed to, and to help if something goes wrong with an order. We don't sell your data or use it for ads.
If you sign up for drop alerts, we keep your email, the time you signed up and which form you used. We first email you a link to confirm; if you don't confirm within 7 days, your email is deleted. We only use it to email you about new beats and member codes. Unsubscribe any time with the link in any alert (or reply, or DM us), and we'll delete your email.
When you buy a license, we also email you your download links.
Order records are deleted automatically after 3 years. Download links stop working after 30 days. We also keep a daily backup of our data for 14 days. Ask us any time and we'll delete your record sooner (we may need to keep basic payment records if the law says so).
Visitors get no cookies, no ads and no cross-site tracking. We may count page views with Cloudflare's cookieless analytics. Your cart is kept in your own browser (local storage) so it survives a refresh, and it's cleared after you buy. The only cookie on this site is a single essential sign-in cookie that is used by the site owners for the admin panel.
The "make an offer" form doesn't send anything to us. It writes a message in your browser for you to send yourself.
You can ask for a copy of your order record, or for it to be deleted. DM @prodglasshouse on Instagram, TikTok or YouTube with the email you used and we'll sort it out.
If this changes we'll update this page. Last updated October 2026.
